How do I play Sketchy Friends?
One player hosts a game and shares the code. Everyone joins, and each round one player is in the spotlight. The other players write funny answers to a prompt about that person, and AI turns them into sketchy caricatures. Vote for your favorite, and the sketchiest take wins!
Do I need a subscription to play?
Your first game is free. After that, the host needs credits or a subscription to start games. Players who join don't need their own subscription.
How do I manage or cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed through the App Store. Go to Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions on your iPhone to view, change, or cancel your plan.
What happens to my credits if I cancel?
Your existing credits stay in your account until the end of your current billing period. You can keep using them until then.
Is my profile photo safe?
Your photo is stored securely and only used to generate caricatures within the game. It is sent to AI providers (OpenAI and Google) for image generation but is not shared publicly or used for any other purpose.
Can I delete my account?
Yes. Contact us at hello@sketchyfriends.app and we'll delete your account and all associated data.
The app isn't working. What should I do?
Try force-closing and reopening the app. Make sure you're on the latest version from the App Store. If the issue persists, email us at hello@sketchyfriends.app with a description of what happened.
